Bringing you a heart-pumping, nonstop workout that you can finish before you even start your workday, Adult Fitness and Performance will be offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Workouts will include speed and conditioning as well as the latest in athletic training drills.
High School All Sports Class
Classes are currently being held at the following times:
4:00-5:30 p.m. 5:00-6:30 p.m. 6:00-7:30 M-T-Th-F
$199 for one month or $169 per month for a three month agreement
12 month options are available with a 3 mo. Freeze period for in-season
This is a year-round class that offers all the basics in athletic performance training. Offered M-T-Th-F, athletes work on speed and agility enhancement, strength and power development, core strength and flexibility.
Youth Speed and Agility
Classes currently being held at the following times:
4:00-5:00 p.m. 5:00-6:00 p.m. 6:00-7:00 p.m. M-T-Th-F
$85 per month for 2X a week or $110 per month for 3X or 4X per week
This class is offered M-T-Th-F to athletes ages 8-13 who want to work on speed, coordination, fundamental movement patterns, footwork, first step quickness, acceleration, and conditioning.
Weightlifting
Classes are currently being held at the following times:
7:00-8:00 p.m. M-T-Th and 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. Sat.
$85 per month for 2X a week or $110 per month for 3X or 4X per week
Weightlifting is a class that allows athletes to warm-up, lift, stretch, and go home. It allows them to maintain their strength while in-season in an instructional and safe environment.
